In the event of any reservation being cancelled later than 2000 hrs (8pm) on the date prior to arrival we reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to one night's accommodation. In the event of a deposit having been paid, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit. Where the number of a credit card has been taken as security, and the cancellation fee applied, the credit card will be charged. Where an address is held, advice of the fee will be sent.
