Our bond is $500 per trailer hire, due three days before the hire commences. This will be refunded to the bank account you provide within five business days after the trailer and its contents are returned in their original condition, on the date in your contract.
If you need to cancel your booking in full, you will incur a fee equal to your bond. Cancellations within 21 days of the hire commencement will incur the full hire fee. Alternatively, we can also move your booking to a more suitable time for you, if available. The first move is free of charge. Any additional changes are subject to a small admin fee.
The Camp Easy Base Pod is a compact trailer that makes camping in New Zealand simple and stress‑free. Tow it with your vehicle and arrive at camp with a ground tent, kitchenware and camp furniture ready to go. The Base Pod typically includes a fast‑setup tent, a double mattress, a table, chairs, cooking gear, and camp utensils, so you only need to bring clothes, food, and bedding (or you can hire bedding as an add-on). Perfect for couples who want a comfortable campsite without owning or storing the gear, whether you’re road tripping or staying at holiday parks around the South Island.
