Cancellations always incur a fee of $25, regardless of the circumstances. This is merely to cover administration costs, and does not represent a penalty. Direct Bookings: A cancellation less than 48 hours from 6pm New Zealand time of the arrival date will incur a charge of one night’s tariff. A “no show” or failure to arrive will incur a charge for the total value of the reservation.
