The little timber-lined crib (holiday house) is warm and welcoming. Small but perfectly formed, it contains a dining and lounge area, an indoor kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and flushing toilet, and a mezzanine sleeping loft with ladder access. Double outdoor baths provide the perfect star-gazing soak at night. Quiet and peaceful, the views from the crib are lovely. Boats bob on their moorings on the bay. Gannets dive - and seals are frequent visitors to the bay. Native birds like native falcon, tui, bellbirds, pukeko and fantails abound. The nearby beach is a 3-minute walk away, with the Queen Charlotte walking and cycling track just a 5-minute walk away.
