Transaction charges and booking fees.
Bookings for Private Star Safari are open up to 48 hours before the session start time. Sessions are 90 minutes in length and involve viewing night sky objects through 16" telescopes. If the weather is unsuitable for stargazing, we will continue with our virtual sky exploration. Children are free if they are under 15 and must be accompanied by an adult with a purchased ticket. There is a maximum of two children per adult.
Star Safari has the right to cancel at anytime for any reason, in this case customers will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Conditions for customer cancellations: 0 % refund within < 7 days notice of cancellation or no show. 50% refund within 7-14 days notice. 90% refund with >21 days notice of cancellation Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of notification of cancellation.
We invested in the best equipment so you can enjoy an exceptional experience. For stargazing, we have powerful telescopes and top-quality attachments. For your entertainment, we have VR headsets and the best science-based NASA-funded planetarium software. And a bonus - we are in the middle of an internationally recognised Dark Sky Reserve on a hill with outstanding night sky views. It's as dark as it gets, only 10 minutes from Martinborough. Our private stargazing experience is exclusive. Keen on astrophotography? Bring your camera. Learning about the sky? Bring your observing list, or let us make one for you. You get to ask questions.
