That the primary purpose for which such corporation is incorporated:
The primary purpose for which the company was organized is to engage in the travel consultancy business, and to collect professional fee in the form of mark up or commission in providing such service. Specifically, the company will operate by: a) giving advice to clients in terms of suitable destinations for their planned trips, b) by helping them plan and create their travel itineraries, and c) to look for suitable tour operators to provide the needed services.
Provided that the corporation shall not solicit, accept or take investments/placements from the public neither shall it issue investment contracts.
