Cleaning and service fees
Corokia Villa will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay. All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3.5 hours will be included in your booking. Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required. No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.
For cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival, an 80% refund of the total booking value is available (the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable). For cancellations made 21 days ~ 16 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund of the total booking value is available. For cancellations made 15 days ~ 8 days prior to arrival, a 25% refund of the total booking value is available. For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, a refund is not available.

It offers all the modern touches for easy indoor-outdoor living: A large kitchen - the heart of this holiday home - with cool filtered water & everything you need to prepare those lovely homemade dishes, Cosy lounge, 3 bedrooms with comfy beds, a nice sunny office that can also be used as a 4th bedroom, & large garden & deck area with a BBQ to enjoy relaxing evenings soaking up the evening sun and looking over the Richmond Hills. It is located in a quiet street away from the bustle, yet so close to all the great amenities of Richmond and easy road access to all the beautiful places our region has to offer - Nelson, Tasman Bay, Golden Bay, Nelson Lakes & beyond.
