Cancellation / Deposit Rules: First night of the booking due at the time of booking. Remaining balance due two weeks prior to arrival. No refunds during our peak season - 21st of December to the 12th of January. No refunds on Public Holiday Weekends. No refunds will be given for early departure due to weather conditions. No refunds given for declining group numbers within 14 days of your arrival.

We provide an excellent range of accommodation in the centre of town, from Luxury Villas and Two Bedroom Apartments to Basic Cabins and Camping Sites. We also have a heated pool, jumping pillow, BBQ Area and fish filleting facilities. Only 2 hours from Hamilton, Tauranga and Auckland Airport, make us your first or last stop.
