Because of the size of our business, cancellations affect us significantly. If we are able to rebook your reservation you will be re funded in full. We recommend travel insurance. For occasions where rebooking is not possible, the following charges will apply: 10% charge for cancellations within 1 month of booking, 50% within 14 days of booking, 100% within 7 days of booking. Cancellations that are made due to weather or illness, may incur a cancellation charge at Adventure Puketi’s discretion.
