Hire of main lodge by negotiation.
Open from 2pm until 9 pm for arrivals, (time change updates expected). No WIFI , Rural 4G cell reception, Switch off and Go tech free. Minimum stay :- one night. Availability:- Entire cottage (exclusive) Three rooms. Included occupancy:- Two people. Maximum Occupancy:- Five people. Continental breakfast provided. Taxes included.
Because we are a small boutique business we rely on certainty. All bookings paid in full at time of booking. If the booking is further than 7 days from the stay date and is cancelled a full refund is given. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the stay date:- no refund is given. We recommend the guest have a travel insurance.

All systems revolve around a permacultural plan, organic, off grid and in tune with the flows of this sensitive site, we talk to the earth. Kaitiakitanga, a Maori term that embraces the very being of that relationship/stewardship of the land we share. The cottage humbly addresses your every need. A winter warm conservatory, develops into a shady grape covered arbour for summer. The wood fire and double glazed skylights bring a unique perspective to a very comfortable private haven. Colourful organic tiling compliments the natural timbers,earth and stone design touches.
