ACCOUNTS: A deposit is required for the first nights stay OR a valid credit card forwarded in full to confirm all reservations. No deposit no confirmed reservation. Balance of accounts are payable on arrival with payment being made for full time booked. No reduction of amount to be paid for numbers of guests not staying as being confirmed 7 days prior to arrival or early departure or late arrival. Some weekends and Christmas/New Year period a minimum stay is required. Peak/unit rates apply 20 December – 31 January, most public holidays and some event weekends. Please check when booking. Management reserves the right to alter tariffs without notice. All tariffs are reviewed in September each year. CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation fee of the amount of deposit applies to all bookings. Deposits for bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will not be refunded unless the bed/room/chalet/site can be refilled, less a $25.00 or 20% cancellation fee which either is the larger amount. GROUPS : For groups over 10 guests bookings cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival will not be refunded unless the bed/room/chalet/site can be refilled, less a $25.00 or 20% cancellation fee which either is the larger amount.
