Minimum passenger numbers apply. Heliworks Queenstown reserves the right to upgrade passengers or merge flights for operational reasons or flight management purposes if required. Flights are weather dependent. Weather checks are to be made one hour before departure, and where appropriate, Heliworks Queenstown will offer alternative options. Occasionally flight paths or landing locations may alter at the pilot’s discretion.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If no notice is given and passengers ‘no-show’ for the flight, we will charge 100% of the fare. Cancellations made by Heliworks Queenstown do not incur any charges.
