Addtional adult at $45 per person
Child under 3 years old are free of charge. Between 3-12 years old is at cost of $25 per night. Over 12 years old will be same as additional adult's rate at $45 per person per night.

The Franz Alpine Retreat has been purpose built for couples, families or groups with facilities that allow you to feel at home, relax, do your own thing and ultimately enjoy the breathtaking environment around you. Our rural and tranquil retreat is just 4km outside of Franz Josef township, away from the hustle and bustle of town. We have rooms to suit every type of budget and traveller, pick one of the rooms to view more information, prices and facilities available.
One or two bedroom chalets and cottages are equipped with full kitchen facilities and suitable for family and any long-term stay. One-bedroom unit is simply with microwave, fridge and cutleries. It is more suitable for couples or businessman.
