Cancellation and amendment fees: More than one month in advance of booking – No fee; booking deposit repaid in full. One week to one month before booked pick-up date – 10% of hire fee*. Two days to one week before booked pick-up date – 50% of hire fee* . Less than two days before booked pick-up date – Full hire fee*. Late pick-up or early return of vehicle – No refund. *excludes relocation or one way hire fees unless non-refundable.
Freedom Mobility offer an extensive selection of mobility vehicles catering to every need, with 200+ good quality vehicles in the fleet, all maintained and serviced to meet all VANZ and LVVTA standards. We offer first class service, and every client is listened to and treated as an individual. We have offices located in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown, but can arrange for hire vehicles all over New Zealand. We offer a meet and greet service, where we bring the vehicle to you anywhere in New Zealand. We provide full vehicle instruction on all driving & disability equipment and have a 24/7 telephone assistance and free AA Roadservice cover. Free NZ GPS units are included with every tourist hire.
