Taupō township is just 2 minutes away, golf is 5 minutes away and skiing at Mount Ruapehu is 65 minutes away. The house is a substantial native timbered holiday retreat. There is a large comfortable living area with open fire, a large verandah that looks out across to Mount Ruapehu, Ngauruhoe and Tongariro, and a sizable flat front lawn. The water along this strip is heated by natural thermal hot springs giving it its name – Hot Water Beach. The same springs also supply the house with water for the heated indoor thermal hot tub and the radiator system. Four double bedrooms, one bunkroom with four beds, full equipped kitchen, separate living room, Sky TV and free WIFI.
