Things to know: Please note that the tour will not confirm or depart unless the minimum number of 6 paying passengers has been met. Note: please check dates either side of your preferred date - if there are any pre-booked seats this will help ensure more of a chance of a tour departing due to minimum numbers met. Boat departs from the North end of the Haast Bridge, please arrive 15 minutes before tour departure time to check in. If your tour is still pending please call us on 0800 865 382.
Haast River Safari operates within strict safety guidelines, trips are cancelled & operations cease when weather or river conditions may be risk to passengers, HRS staff or equipment and make every effort to safeguard clients. Refunds: A $25 booking fee will apply to all cancellations made prior to 24 hours from trip departure. Unless the trip has been cancelled or postponed by Haast River Safari. Cancellations: No refunds will apply to cancellations made within 24 hours.
