(7 minutes) and Queenstown (20 minutes), with the Airport 12 minutes away. Exclusive use - its own entrance, its own parking, its own deck and yard. Floor-to-ceiling windows hold the lake and the mountains behind it. Underfloor heating runs throughout and there's a gas fireplace for the evenings - this is a house built for the cold months, not only the summer. The kitchen opens into the living space, and the deck looks over a wide yard: coffee in the morning, the BBQ at night, the mountains changing colour as the sun drops. Coronet Peak, The Remarkables and Cardrona are all within reach for skiing.
