If the guest has had or is suffering from any of the following medical conditions, we strongly advise that they seek advice from their doctor prior to using the geothermal pools. The mud baths are suitable for children over the age of 2.5 years, whereas the Sulphur spas are suitable for children over the age of 6 months. The mud bath experience is controlled to a maximum of 20 minutes on the basis of safety. All infants must wear bathing suits or disposable nappies whilst bathing.

Bookings cancelled more than 60 days from date of travel will incur no cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled more than 30 days and less than 60 days from date of travel will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from date of travel will incur a cancellation fee of 100%.
