The garden is beautiful all through the year, with fruit tree blossoms, azaleas and rhododendrons in the spring, through to the stunning yellows, oranges and reds of autumn and daffodils in the winter. You'll enjoy the garden whatever the time of year.

Our beautiful Luxmore room features a super king bed and terrace where you can take in the lake and garden views. The ensuite has a walk in shower, underfloor heating and a heated towel rail.
The South Arm room features a king size bed. It also has a small terrace from where you can enjoy the beautiful views. There's the added benefit of a walk in wardrobe for those travelling with more luggage. The bathroom features a walk in shower, underflo

A 1.95% charge is applicable to all credit card payments
Our adult only policy applies for the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests. Children over 12 can be accommodated if the entire property is booked by the same family.
Cancellations made 30 to 8 days prior to arrival will incur a 30% charge for the entire booking. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% charge for the entire booking. If we are able to resell the room prior to the date of arrival then we will refund all charges. We recommend that all guests take out adequate travel insurance to protect against unavoidable changes in their travel plans.
High Leys Lodge is located in Patience Bay, 4 kilometres out of Te Anau along the Milford Road. There are 3 double rooms, all with en-suites; the two King rooms have stunning lake views, and the Queen room has a pretty garden view.
A gourmet breakfast is provided each morning, and a complimentary glass of NZ wine and cheese platter are served in the evening.
Guests have access to a large guest lounge to relax and enjoy the expansive view. All day tea and coffee making facilities are available, complimented with delicious home baking. The terrace and outside courtyard areas also offer a tranquil place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Wifi is also complimentary.
Tour bookings can be arranged for a wide range of activities and adventure.
