It all began at a wedding in 2019 – a few bold words, plenty of encouragement, and a spark of imagination. By 2020 a copper still had arrived, and Geraldine's first distillery was born. Andrew Lewis, a professional engineer, obsessively crafts each batch to perfection, while Saskia Lewis, a biologist by training, brings vibrant spice and creativity to the award-winning recipes. Together they combine science and artistry to create smooth, characterful, adventure-ready spirits – powered by onsite solar and a light touch on water.
