Reservations confirmed only on receipt of deposit. A deposit of the first night’s stay is required to confirm all bookings when making your reservation. Balance of accounts are payable on arrival. Sorry no reduction for early departure or late arrivals. A $15.00 Administration and cancellation fee will be deducted from all deposits refunded due to cancellation. Refunds are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled with seven days notice.
