To secure your booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation. Confirmation and guarantee of your booking will be provided once full payment has been received. The individual making the booking assumes payment responsibility for all persons listed on the reservation.

In the event of a cancellation after confirmation, we will issue refunds based on the following notice periods: 28 days or more: 100% refund Less than 14 days: 50% refund Less than 5 days: No refund Weather and Surf Conditions Should adverse weather or sea conditions prevent us from running lessons, we will promptly contact you to explain the situation and attempt to reschedule to a more suitable time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
