The tour picks you up from the Port of Tauranga & travels to a kiwifruit orchard where the industry is explained from planting to the beautiful edible fruit & export & you will be able to taste the product, gives you an immersive experience, including a "walk & talk" tour & a tasting at a picturesque avocado orchard, provides you with a fish & chip lunch at a sea-side village, takes you up to the Minden Lookout where you have a marvellous view of the Coastal Bay of Plenty (on a clear day you can see an active volcano, Whakaari/ White Island) & takes you to either BeeNZ for a honey tasting & factory tour or visit an award winning dessert venue to taste one of their desserts. We then return to port driving along beautiful Mt Maunganui beach.
