Pricing is based per person NZ $35 1 hour - Good for first timers to play or visit the Wānaka Tree NZ $55 2 hours - Needed if you want to visit Ruby Island NZ $75 3 hours - Recommended if you would like to visit Ruby Island at a relaxed pace with a picnic.
Savour the sense of freedom with the ability to explore Lake Wānaka at your own pace on a kayak or paddle board (SUP). Experience the crystal clear lake water up close as you paddle out into Roy’s Bay, with a stunning mountain backdrop in all directions. With options of 1, 2 and 3 hour rentals choose your own adventure by hiring one of our kayaks or paddle boards- visit the famous Wānaka tree, follow the shores to Eely Point, or go further and adventure out to Ruby Island; pack a picnic, explore the shores and relax on the island. All hires include a paddle, life jackets, and instructions if needed. Any one of our excellent staff can give you a recommendation on where to paddle that will suit the adventure you’re looking for.
