Please note: maximum 2 adults per room, no smoking, no guest cooking facilities, and no pets permitted. Debit/credit cards incur 2.95% fee. Bookings require valid credit card/CVV number/expiry date to process a 10% deposit. The remainder of the account is settled prior to departure. If 10% deposit is not received we reserve the right to cancel the booking. For short notice, long duration or special events, we reserve the right to charge 50% deposit. All rates NZ$ and include 15% GST.

We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees as follows: Cancellation or *changes to a reservation – 7 days’ notice required, no fees apply (*subject to availability). Cancellation within a 7 day period of reservation – incurs 30% charge of total fee including taxes for entire booking. Cancellation within 3 days or less of reservation – incurs 100% charge of total fee including taxes for entire booking. We attempt to re-book your room and will happily waive any fees if able to do so.
