Cancellation and changes More than 21 days before check-in: The 10% deposit is non-refundable, but you can transfer it to a new booking made within 12 months. You can also change your dates without forfeiting any payments. Between 4 and 21 days before check-in: You will be charged 50% of the total cost. Date changes are treated as a cancellation and are subject to this fee. 3 days or less before check-in: You will be charged the full cost of the stay, and no refund will be given.
