A open plan home with stunning views and lots of space overlooking one of the best fishing and swimming beaches on the Coromandel. Surrounded by native bush and fauna including Tui, Kereru, Bell Birds and Kiwi. Comfortable office or working space and plenty of room to home school or work from.
Lots of decks and a very cute outdoor shower is perfect to rinse off after a swim. Ten minutes walk from Waikawau Bay - surf beach.
The space
Tucked away and elevated seventy meters from the tranquil beach paradise of Little Bay we offer an open plan beach home. There are two double bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen and living room with extensive views over native bush to the beach.
