Payment To confirm your package Luxury Adventures requires a deposit of 25% of the total package cost. This booking deposit is non refundable. The deposit secures airfares and accommodation bookings etc. Full payment for the package is required 60 days before tour commencement. If a booking is made less than 60 days before tour commencement, then payment is required in full at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in NZ dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices include New Zealand GST.
It is recommended that you take out travel insurance covering cancellation. 25% of the total cost of the package is in any event nonrefundable. In the event of a cancellation 30 to 60 days prior to tour commencement, we will refund 50% of the package price. In the event of a cancellation 29 days or less prior to tour commencement, there will be no refund. This cancellation policy is subject to change during peak season and special events.
