The minimum age for children on this trip is 4 years old. Each child aged 4-9 years inclusive must be accompanied by an adult (i.e. 1:1 ratio).
Our flights are weather-dependent. Pilots will make a weather check 1 hour before each scheduled departure. If we cannot fly due to adverse weather conditions, we will attempt to reschedule depending on the passenger’s schedule and flight availability. If we cannot reschedule, passengers will receive a 100% refund. If passengers choose to cancel a flight, fail to check in on time, or notify us of changes less than 24 hours prior to their departure, they will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
Fly up the spine of the South Island and experience unparalleled views of the Franz and Fox Glaciers on the West Coast and the Tasman Glacier within Aoraki Mt. Cook National Park. Land in Mt. Cook National Park at Aoraki/Mt. Cook Airport on the picturesque outskirts of Mt. Cook Village. We will then provide transport up to the Hermitage Hotel and team you up with your Glacier Explorers guides. Experience New Zealand's only glacial boat tour, boating across the terminal lake and cruising past a towering ice wall, icebergs and lateral moraines. You will also have some free time to explore the Mt. Cook Village either before or after your Glacier Explorers experience.
