Minimum Stay 2 nights. Okuta Bay Retreat is a non- smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in or around the property or within Whakamoenga Point Estate. Check in is between 1500-2000. Early Check-in is offered on availability. Check out by 1030 on day of departure. Children must be 14 years or older. There is a no pet policy. The property does not have wheelchair access. Full payment must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival the reservation is non-refundable.
