Check–in is from 2pm Check–out is at 10am Please note all our Apartments have a strict smoke free policy. If your apartment smells like smoke on your departure – you will be charged for an extra nights’ accommodation. To confirm a reservation, a deposit of the cost of the first night’s accommodation is required. There is an additional occupancy surcharge of $40.00 per extra guest, per night. Off-peak Season rates apply from May to end of September

In the event that a reservation is cancelled the following cancellation fees apply: Cancellation made more than 14 days prior to arrival = $50 Cancellation made from 14 days to 48 hours prior to arrival = one nights’ accommodation Cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to arrival or no-shows = Full payment or 2 nights’ accommodation, whichever is greater Note: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrivals due between 25th December and 10th January require full payment of booking.
