Cleaning fee and extra guest fee after 2 guests.
A port a cot and highchair are available on request only. A Weber BBQ is positioned on each deck from November - April or by prior arrangement (weather permitting). If you require a sofa bed made up for your guests please let me know upon booking or at minimum the day before your arrival.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 7 days from arrival will receive a full refund. Unfortunately no refund is given if you cancel within 7 days of arrival.
