When making a reservation, a $2.00 deposit will apply for each item booked. This charge will be deducted from your final invoice. All adventure reservations will incur a non-refundable 10% deposit upon booking, and full payment must be made 14 days before your departure date.

For cancellations initiated by the customer prior to arrival at The Great Glenorchy Alpine Base Camp, the following cancellation fees apply: The non-refundable 10% deposit made at the time of booking will be forfeited 30 days or more from arrival date: cancellation fee is NZD$200 per person Between 14 – 29 days from arrival date: cancellation fee is 50% of total trip cost Within 14 days of arrival date: cancellation fee is 100% of the total trip cost
