Rates are based on 2 guests, extra charges apply for children 3-14yrs $30 each and adults 15+ $35 each these are only applicable to the rooms that are able to take more than 2 guests
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation. A cancellation penalty of one nights' accommodation applies if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours arrival or in the case of non-arrival
We have 20 rooms on site, some of our rooms are situated upstairs. Our spacious, well-equipped rooms come with all that you will need. All of our accommodation is set amidst the native Franz Josef rainforest. Our rooms are serviced daily and are all non-smoking rooms. You have a choice of different room types starting with our studios, executive studios for 2 people, our 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments which can comfortably sleep up to 5.
