The upstairs Waiho Suite is unsuitable for small children due to the balcony and stairs. The Cottage also features a drop-off over the deck, so please take care. Cooking facilities are unavailable in the Waiho rooms, and the Cottage kitchenette offers limited self-catering. For dining, Franz Josef Village is just a 5-minute drive (5 km) away, offering a variety of high-quality restaurants.
For bookings made directly with us: If cancelled within 7 days of arrival date or no-show 100% forfeit of total booking. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival date 30% forfeit of total booking. Note that we cannot exempt standard booking cancellation policies made with third-party online booking websites and agents. We recommend guests have a comprehensive travel insurance policy.
