Linen hire
All cancellations will incur a NZ $40 fee to cover administration costs. Cancellations less than 10 days prior to check-in date, deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-let accommodation/site, less the $40 fee. Credit cards will be charged any fees owed. All reservations cancelled within the period 20 Dec until 10th Feb are non-refundable the greater of one night's tariff or 10% of the total booking fee, to be paid when reservation made. Management reserves the right to alter T&Cs.
