Riders should be between 45 – 120kgs (99 – 265lbs). Unfortunately no exceptions to these limits will be allowed as the Segways are primarily controlled by shifting weight and we must ensure the safety of the individual, other riders and the general public.

Journey payments are fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled three (1) days (24 hours) or more prior to the scheduled Journey time. Journey payments will not be refunded or the Journey rescheduled if the reservation is cancelled for any reason within three (3) days (72 hours) of the scheduled Journey time (extenuating circumstances may be considered but any refund or rescheduling remains at the liberty of the Operator). Corporate and Private bookings are different. Enquire with SegWai.
