Changes to bookings can be made up to 90 days before departure and are subject to a NZ$300 processing fee. Possible changes include changing to the same tour on a different date or changing to a different tour or transferring the booking to another person. Changes are only possible to published tour dates and for tours within the next 12 months. Changes made later than 90 days prior to departure are treated as cancellations. You love hiking but prefer shorter walks over a 3-day hike? Every day of this tour we will enjoy a diverse range of shorter walks (ranging from 20 mins to 5 hours) – from the beautiful Wānaka area, to our favourites on the West Coast, followed by the alpine Arthur’s Pass region. We'll take a water taxi to a remote lookout in Lake Wānaka, go on a very unique jet boat tour up the Waiatoto River – not a ‘thrill ride’ but rather full of adventure and local stories, in one of the most picturesque areas you can imagine. Also included is a guided bird-watching cruise on Okarito Lagoon as well as a scenic Mahinapua waterways cruise along historic routes once used by early settlers.
