Cosy studio guest room offers high quality and quiet accommodation for up to two guests. Spectacular mountain views. The location is within a quiet residential area of Arthurs Point, only a few metres from the bus stop to and from Queenstown (5km away) and, during the winter, the NZ Ski ski bus to Coronet Peak. Featuring a queen size bed, kitchenette, & spacious bathroom with underfloor heating and heated towel rail. Free WIFI and free parking (on the road side). There is central heating for warmth in the winter with the addition of a heat pump (can also be used as AC for the summer). Connected to a private home but is entirely independent with its own entranced and is locked-off from the main residential home.
