Cleaning fee applies for each property per stay, linen is always included in accommodation rate.
If the booking is cancelled by you the guest a full refund for cancellations or reductions in nights stayed will be made provided the cancellation or change is made at least 5 days before check-in. The exception to this is stays over the period between 24 December and 8 January, cancellations for this period must be received prior to 1 December in order to be eligible for a full refund.
Enter via a Balinese bamboo fence into a secret courtyard garden featuring tropical planting, BBQ, outdoor rainhead shower, and loungers for relaxing with that well deserved drink. Flowing from the courtyard into the lounge area with oversized leather couch and smart TV with unlimited WIFI and many preloaded apps such as Netflix. Open plan living area includes a full designer kitchen that also has a washer/dryer, air conditioning, dining table for two and everything you will need whether you just want to make a coffee or cook a gourmet meal. The bedroom has an adjoining en-suite with full size double ended sunken bath for two, walk in rain head shower and feature art lighting. The Barn is carefully curated for a relaxing, luxury holiday.
