Pet friendly. No smoking indoors. Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
Deposits are non-refundable at time of booking. Cancellation less than 14 days before the booking will incur a 100% charge, for this reason we highly recommend travel insurance. Please also note that when payment is made in full prior to the 14 days before arrival no refund will be given if the booking is cancelled.

The main living area and master bedroom are all located on the one level with easy no stair access. Open the front door to a spacious living area and open plan kitchen dining. The master bedroom has lovely lake views and opens out onto a private balcony area, ideal for your morning coffee. The kitchen is well appointed with all new appliances and coffee machine. The home is pet friendly with a large backyard area as well. A true family home away from home.
