The rates above are for up to 8 people. Extra people are $50 per person per night . Cleaning fee of $200. Linen is optional at $20 per double and $14 per king single. This includes quality linen and towels.
If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded (minus an $200 administration fee). Cancellation of public holiday or Xmas or New Year bookings need 60 days notice or more before you arrive for a full refund (minus the $200 administration fee). No refunds will be given if you cancel within the above specified working days, fail to show up or leave early.

The Big Bach comfortably sleeps up to 23 people. When you are not soaking up the sun and views of the beach and Kapiti Island on one of the many expansive decks, you may choose to relax in the 9 person spa while taking in the vistas of the South Island. Or you might prefer to get more physical in one of the kayaks, or competing at table tennis, air hockey or darts. There is plenty to do at The Big Bach, all your needs are taken care of. This is one of the best spots in New Zealand.
