Accommodation Cancellation Policy: 7-14 days prior to arrival - 1st night charged Within 7 days prior to arrival all nights will be charged @ rates as follows: 3-7 days prior to booking start date - 50% of full rate 24-48 hours prior to booking start date -100% of full rate Groups of 8 or more - 50% deposit required. Confirmation of numbers 2 weeks in advance after which standard cancellation policy applies. $500 cash bond may be required at Manager's discretion.
As you pull into Methven Mt Hutt Village and stand at the crossroads of the two main streets (one fittingly named Main Street) you’ll see two pubs on opposite corners. Ours is the Brown one. It also helps that we live in New Zealand’s best little country town. Methven is a dynamic mix of generations old farms and up and coming real estate. It’s a lively ski town in the winter bringing with it an influx of travellers both international and domestic, who are all up for a good time. In the summer it’s a peaceful place to stop on a sightseeing tour and relax amongst some of the regions most beautiful scenery. It's also home to some of the kindest, most generous people you will ever meet.
