Single night premium charge of $150
Simple provisions for breakfast are provided on the first night, that you help yourself to from the fridge. A complimentary nightcap is provided befitting the history of the apartment. Minimum 2 night stay Friday and Saturday nights, and other high demand dates such Christmas and New Year. Children are welcome but we recommend it is not suited to children under 5, due to the multi levels. Check in from 3pm / Checkout by 11am
This apartment has big bold openings newly formed through the back wall of the building for afternoon sun. The large, sheltered balcony offers rooftop views of the inner workings of Moray Place and leads the eye towards the Octagon and up to the leafy hills beyond. Living level has a generous sized open plan lounge with library and dining, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom has shower and laundry with tile floor heating. Bedroom level has two cosy bedrooms each with king bed and a central bathroom with shower, basin, and toilet, tile floor heating and heated towel rail. Henry Matthews interiors are designed with the colours of nature in the urban environment. It mixes arts & craft, nouveau & deco, and earthy colours.
