Low Season: All cancellations must be notified in writing with 24 hours notice and deposit will be refunded less a 10% booking fee. If less than 24 hours notice is given, or a no show, deposit is non-refundable. High (Winter) Season: All cancellations must be notified in writing, by email, more than 7 days prior to arrival. If more than 7 days' notice is given your deposit will be refunded less a 10% booking fee. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival, non-refundable deposit.
The Hobbit Motorlodge is a charming, purpose built alpine lodge and motel complex. The Hobbit has a wide variety of accommodation styles, offering premium ground floor studios, first floor studios, some with mountain views, two bedroom units with or without full cooking facilities, and upstairs suites with as many as 5 beds for larger groups. We also offer affordable dormitory style bunk bed accommodation in our lodge. Rooms are configured as 2 beds, 4 beds or 6 beds each with Sky TV. The lodge is equipped with a communal kitchen, ablutions, lounge, drying room and laundry. Our facilities include an outside spa pool amongst the trees, Sky TV and free WIFI. For skiers we have racks in every room and a drying room.
