A Deposit of 20% per person (10% will be non-refundable) required to confirm the booking at least 90 days prior to the travel date. Payment of the deposit will indicate an acceptance of our terms and conditions by the purchaser/passenger. Final payment is due 21 days before date of travel. In the case of bookings made less than 21 days before the date of commencement, full payment must be made at the time of booking. Payments not received within stipulated time may attract 2% late payment fee.

45 or more days before departure,(10% non-refundable dep)Within 45 days before departure, loss of deposit. Within 10 days of departure 50% of the tour cost. No refund will be due within 48 hours of travel date. If you cancel, then each case will be considered on its own merits, as it will be dependent on charges made by individual suppliers/operators. In case any of your events booked through TT Tours are required to be cancelled you shall be refunded full amount less NZ$30 being our admin chgs.
