Check-in from 2pm and Check Out at 10am. We may be able to offer a late checkout if the room is available. Just ask one of our friendly crew. We will be able to store your bags if you are departing later in the day. Please note that there are some rooms on the ground level but all other rooms are accessed stairs. The lobby, pool, co-working spaces and laundry are all located on the ground floor. There is no elevator access to the Mess Hall (Kitchen) and rooms on the 1st , 2nd and 3rd levels.
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 2 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 2 days of arrival, 100 % of the Entire Stay shall be charged. Non-refundable bookings have no option to cancel or receive a refund at a later date. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount at the time of booking.
This Sleepery features co-working and co-living spaces that create a sense of belonging along with a thermally heated pool to make your trip special in every way. This newly refurbished property is super conveniently located right in Rotorua’s City Centre, at 1286 Arawa Street which is directly opposite Kuirau Park. This is the perfect setting with an abundance of geothermal activity, sporting facilities and natural beauty. We are a short 3-minute stroll away from the city centre where all the cafes, restaurants, bars, shopping & retail.
