We reserve the right to cancel any charter in the interest of passenger safety and comfort. All departures are subject to minimum numbers and weather conditions, if we do cancel due to weather you will be fully refunded. Passenger cancellations made less than two weeks prior to departure will incur the full ticket price. Cancellations made less than four weeks in advance will incur a 50% fee. All refunds will be made in NZD, conversion rates do not apply.
With over 140 islands to choose from you can kayak swim or snorkel in translucent bays only accessible from the sea or walk along their secluded beaches. We understand that this is your day so we offer flexibility or if you prefer a prearranged itinerary to cater to your needs. We meet clients who love to sit back and relax enjoying the wildlife, while others get a real thrill out of taking an active part in the sailing of this beautiful boat. Vigilant is perfect for private family charters, or corporate events, or simply romantic retreats to relax, reboot and inspire in spacious comfort.
