General All rates are quoted in NZ dollars on a per night basis and include 15% GST. All accounts must be settled directly with the hotel in New Zealand dollars. We welcome all methods of electronic payment. Note a surcharge of 2.5% will apply to all credit card payments. There is no surcharge on Eftpos and New Zealand issued Debit Cards. Rates do not apply to conferences, conventions or special events for which contracted rates and special terms and conditions are available.
All reservations made through the web site must be accompanied by credit card details, otherwise we will be unable to confirm and guarantee your booking. Standard Booking Cancellation: You may cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 3 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price. Non-refundable Booking Policy: Full amount of stay will be collected upon making the reservation. No refunds given
