Step inside to a bright, modern, open-plan living area that flows out to the spacious, covered deck. There's plenty of outdoor seating, a Weber BBQ, and an outdoor fireplace for those long evenings under the stars.

The large, flat section allows plenty of room for outdoor games and boat parking, while the garage features a table-tennis table — perfect for a bit of friendly competition. The table can easily be folded away if you prefer to park a vehicle inside.

You’re in a fantastic spot — just a short walk to the beautiful Cooks Beach, local parks, and reserves. The boat ramp is nearby for a day out on the water.
